Erin M. Bertram is a fellow in the MFA Writing Program at Washington University in St. Louis, where she writes for The Vital Voice and edits shadowbox press. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Bloom, CutBank, Natural Bridge, and Typo. She is the author of two chapbooks, Alluvium (dancing girl press, 2007) and, with Sarah Lilius, Here, Hunger (NeO Pepper Press, 2007). A third chapbook, Body Of Water, recently won this year's Frank O'Hara Award and will be published by Thorngate Road in late 2007.
