Refund Policy
For products purchased on RIVERSTYX.org and delivered within the United States, we offer returns and exchanges on defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Since we are a non-profit, return postage and fees are paid by the customer. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside of the US are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.
If you receive damaged or defective products or experience a quality issue, contact us for help.
Please note: Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and we have issued your refund.
How to Return & Exchange
If above guidelines have been met, please to initiate your return or exchange by contacting us with your name, mailing address, order number, and the reason for the return/exchange.
Exchanges will be processed once we have confirmed returned items have been received by the carrier.
All exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances.
